About the Role

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, safe, and enjoyable gymnastics sessions for children and young people. You will play a key role in developing gymnasts' technical skills, confidence, and love for the sport while supporting the growth of our new club.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  Plan and deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching sessions.
•⁠  ⁠Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
•⁠  ⁠Support gymnasts in developing their skills, confidence, and personal goals.
•⁠  ⁠Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to participants and parents.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure all activities are delivered in line with safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
•⁠  ⁠Assist with club events, displays, competitions, and special activities.
•⁠  ⁠Build strong relationships with gymnasts, parents, and fellow coaching staff.

What We're Looking For

•⁠  ⁠Experience coaching gymnastics or a strong gymnastics background.
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠  ⁠A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
•⁠  ⁠The ability to motivate, encourage, and inspire young athletes.
•⁠  ⁠A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
•⁠  ⁠Relevant gymnastics coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.
•⁠  ⁠First Aid and Safeguarding certifications are advantageous (or a willingness to obtain them).

Working Hours

Part-time positions available. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
